Every squishy is lovingly handmade, so colors, shapes, sizes, and decorative details may vary slightly. Tiny handmade marks are completely normal and make each squishy uniquely yours without affecting play.

For regular handmade squishies, please squeeze gently and give them a little time to slowly return to their original shape. With frequent love and play, the outer skin may naturally age or wear over time. We include backup skins so you can replace them when needed and keep enjoying your squishy.

For cracking squishies, the outer wax shell is made to crack as part of the fun. Once cracked, it cannot return to its original condition, and every cracking pattern will be unique. Although we carefully protect each item for shipping, minor cracks may occasionally occur in transit. These are considered a natural characteristic of cracking squishies and are not covered by after-sales compensation. If you prefer a completely flawless wax shell, please consider this before ordering.

Small shell fragments or decorative pieces may come loose during play. We recommend using your squishy over a clean surface and tidying up loose pieces promptly. Please do not bite, ingest, pierce, overstretch, or pull the decorations. Keep away from pets, heat, water, direct sunlight, and sharp objects.

Recommended for ages 3+. Little ones should always enjoy their squishy with adult supervision.
